Mandatory Band Camp

 

    

     Due to school budget cuts Band Camp is only 3 days.


The new dates are:

Mon, August 10, 9am - 5pm

Tues, August 11, 9am - 5pm

Wed, August 12, 1pm - 9pm (after Freshmen Orientation)


Students:

     We will be preparing lunch (Mon & Tues) and dinner (Wed) for all the students, so please bring $15 on Monday to help pay for the cost of the meals.


Uniforms:

     All students will be fitted for a marching band uniform during band camp.  The uniforms are owned by the school.

     Students are required to purchase:

Polo shirt $25

Marching shoes$25*

Gloves$  5  (percussion students do not need gloves)

     * A limited number of used shoes are available for $10.

    

Payment is due during band camp --

            checks payable to Steele Canyon Band Parents.


Parents:

     The annual Band Camp performance and potluck will be Saturday, August 15 at 5pm.  More info will be sent home during band camp.  We will have our first SC Band Parent meeting at that time.  Please plan to attend!
